Alottagreen is a media company specialising in promoting and monetising pre-existing, independent podcasts produced in Australia. We're building a co-operative of established podcasts from a wide range of genres covering the most popular content categories and pair these with a client list of advertisers, either as a way of capturing a broad audience of podcast listeners or by tailoring advertisers’ spend to niche audiences receptive to their message.
We seek to enable network podcasters to provide high-quality, well-produced content that attracts and retains a wide audience; such that this audience is diverse across the network and does not endanger the appeal of its content providers. This enables us to provide advertising opportunities to clients that do not regularly advertise in traditional media through engaging a loyal customer base with a wide range of demographics. Alottagreen will partner only with ethical creators and clients in order to protect the reputations and market position of its podcasters and advertisers in the minds of its listeners.
The only requirements for podcasters in the network is the hosting of up to three minutes of advertising an episode (one 90 second slot before the show and one somewhere in the middle, each broken into three 30 second ad spots), spruiking or hosting an ad for another show on the network at the end of the episode and keeping to a regular schedule. In return, and in addition to monetising your podcast, we can help with research, securing guests or talent, marketing your show and other shows on the network, replacing broken equipment and generally helping out in any way we can so you can make your show the best it can be.
